There are only two (2) exceptions to residency requirements: Rules 2d & 4d.

2d Rule: A player that lived within our boundaries and has moved out but continues to play with our league with no break in playing season.

4d Rule: An adult, who volunteers within our league for two years and continues, is able to get a waiver for his/her child who is eligible to play.

PROOF OF SCHOOL ATTENDANCE WITHIN NVLL BOUNDARIES

Little League has now allowed children the option that do not live within the boundaries of a specific Little League, to now play for a Little League, as long as the school that they attend are within those same living boundaries for that specific Little League.  If the child does not live within the boundaries of NVLL, but does attend a school within those same boundaries, then please ensure that the following form is filled out by the school’s administration.  Please bring this form with you when submitting all other necessary forms or upload it during the online registration process for your child to play at NVLL.
